  1. Plungė manor estate/ Žemaitija art museum

Duke Mykolas Oginskis estate (58,3 ha) in Plungė is one of the most beautiful architetectural ensambles in Lithuania and it was built in XIX century. Žemaitija art museum is situated in the manor palace.

Bukantė manor homestead is known in Lithuania as the place where was born the writer Žemaitė. Here you can see: the old herritage from writer‘s Žemaitė life, the wooden art works of master S. Riauba, Samogitian sacral folk herritage (crosses, sculptures of saints, etc.).

Cold War museum is located in the former Soviet Union‘s complex of ballistic missile silo launch. Since 1963 up to 1978, there had been deployed four medium – range ballistic missiles SS-4, armed with 2- megaton power thermonuclear warheads.

Exposition of Žemaitija national park is located in the former threshing barn of the Plateliai Manor. Here you can see expositions of Plateliai manor history, etnography of this Žemaitija region and modern exposition of nature‘s objects. The first Shrove Tuesday exposition in Lithuania is located in the former stables of Plateliai manor. This exposition introduces Shrove Tuesday celebration, famous in Žemaitija, and more then 250 different Shrove Tuesday masks.
