The homestead is located about 200 meters from Lake Plateliai and is intended for quiet family recreation. There are three cottages on the property, as well as a sauna, volleyball and basketball courts, and a boat.
Next to the homestead is a campsite. The campsite has an outdoor toilet, a basketball hoop, a volleyball court, and football goals. There are ten tables with roofs and four tables without roofs.
